2. Languages of the Conference.

The official languages of the Conference will be Spanish and English.

3. Working sessions.

Three classrooms will be available to hold the Conference. The Organisation will make possible that unless two of them have live translaters into Spanish-English or English-Spanish. Our purpose is to avoid some idiomatical problems that have existed in previous Conferences.

4. Submission of papers.

With the abstracts will be published a complete book and full texts will be used to prepare a CD-ROM, both to be handed at the beginning of the Conference.

The essential guidelines for authors submitting papers for publication as proceedings of the XIIIth Conference should be as follows:

Authors should deliver their abstracts in English and also in their mother tongue, in case of other than English. Congress organisation will translate into Spanish all the abstracts. Therefore, all the abstracts will be published at least in Spanish, English and in another language if received.

Delegates will be able to present their papers in Spanish or English. Abstracts must be available before every session. Discussion and debates will be in Spanish or English in order to a better general understanding.

Papers accepted for publication should be sent for the edition of the proceedings in CD-ROM following the dates and working schedule (see 5). Only Spanish and English versions of the abstracts will be translated. Full texts in Spanish, English or any version in other language of the same work provided by authors can be published in CD-ROM.
