Satellite conference of the ICM'98 about the
history of mathematics at the university of Goettingen from 10 till 13 August'98.

There will be a Welcome-Meeting on Sunday, 9.7.98, 19.00 at the Restaurant "Rathskeller" in the old townhall in the center of Goettingen (see the map under URL: http://www.goettingen.de/city/index.htm).
Registration fee will be DM 40.-.
Monday morning the registration desk will be open from 8.30 at the place of the Symposium: Mathematisches Institut der Georg August Universtitaet Goettingen, Bunsenstrasse 3 - 5.
The social event will be a bus trip to the famous castle Sababurg, a part of the "Maerchenstrasse", resting there about two hours. We will return to Goettingen about 19.30 and will then have dinner at a restaurant in Goettingen.
