I am chairing a conference in Haifa, Israel, summer, 1998, for the European Legacy (formerly History of European Ideas) and need to advertise on various lists to get enough papers for my session on "Allied Propaganda in World War II." I need to send out a call for papers on lists devoted to 20th Century Europe, World War II, Britain, Germany, United States, military history.
