Due to a scholarship abroad, there is a 65 square meter, 3-room apartment with balcony available for subletting, located in Berlin-Schöneberg, in the beautiful, centrally located and yet quiet area of Friedenau. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), furnished and fully equipped, with wifi, dish washer and washing machine.

It is the ideal size for one person, but would also be suitable for a couple. However, it cannot be used as a shared flat (only one bedroom). It is very well connected to public transportation (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, bus).

The rental costs (incl. all utilities and internet) for the entire duration are € 2300.
