It has one bedroom, two other rooms (a living room, and a room currently used as library), a fully-equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), and two bathrooms (shower and bathub separate, washing machine installed).
Five-min. walk to UBahn stations Hohenzollernplatz (U3), Güntzelstrasse (U9) and Blissestrasse (U7). 30 minutes by UBahn or bike to FU and Max Planck Institutes in Dahlem. Good connections to TU, HU, Akademieder Künste.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from several supermarkets, excellent bakeries, fine wine and food stores, and nice cafés. Open air produce market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Ten-minute walk to the Elixia health club on Pragerplatz, which has all sorts of facilities, including an excellent 25 m. swimming pool, and allows monthly memberships. For joggers, the Volkspark is also close by.
