International Forum
The Journal of Contemporary History is an international forum for the analysis of twentieth century European history. Now entering its thirty-fifth year, the journal has long been established as essential reading for all scholars in contemporary European and international history.
Interdisciplinary
The Journal of Contemporary History publishes articles covering a broad range of historical approaches including social, economic, political, diplomatic, intellectual and cultural. It is noted both for its intellectual rigour and the accessible style of its contributions.
