H-Soz-u-Kult wurde im Jahr 1996 als primär deutschsprachiger Ableger des amerikanischen H-Net (Humanities and Social Sciences Online) gegründet und gehört diesem großen Verbund von internetbasierten Fachforen bis heute an. In diesem Jahr nahm das H-Net für die angeschlossenen Fachforen ein gemeinsames Redaktionssystem für Rezensionen in Betrieb, auf dessen Internetpräsenz Sie über die Adresse <www.h-net.org
Wir nehmen dies zum Anlass, Sie fortan regelmäßig über Rezensionen zu informieren, die von unseren Partnerforen im H-Net-Verbund in den zurückliegenden Wochen neu veröffentlich wurden. Mit diesem Dienst hoffen wir Ihnen einen besseren Zugang zu aktuellen amerikanischen bzw. angelsächsischen Publikationen liefern zu können.
