We will be subletting our maisonette-flat in Berlin North-Neukölln from August 2011 to June 2012 (dates are slightly flexible).

The flat is less than 5 mins walk to all daily needs: groceries, shopping, large park, cinemas, theatre, public swimming pool, 10 mins walk to bars/cafés around the canal, several restaurants close by. 2-3 minutes from the U-7 Metro, 10 mins to the U-8 and S-Bahn (Ring, S-41,42,45), Bus stops on every corner, and just 5-7 mins to the M-40.

Rent ( heating included in part) 995 Euro/month + approx. 195 Euro internet/telephone (landline flatrate to several countries) /electricity/heating).

Two bicycles are available –bike storage room in building.
