I am a senior lecturer at a UK university and am dividing my life between London and Barcelona. My Barcelona appartment is available for rent for short-time research stays by junior researchers or senior academics who come to work in Barcelona for a few weeks or months.

The flat, of 50 m2, is located in the lovely neighbourhood of Gràcia, in a traditional 19th century building. It is fully furnished with wi-fi internet, and includes: a living room with a seating and a working space, a bright double bedroom, a small single bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The flat is available to rent for a period ranging from 1 to 6-9 months. The rent will be negotiable (EUR 700/month + bills). The possibility to rent the double bedroom on a "flatshare" basis is also open (EUR 500/month).

From the flat you can reach the Universitat Autònoma (UAB) by train in 30mn (direct line from Gràcia), the Polytechnical University (UPC) and the University of Barcelona (Campus Nord) by bus in 30mn, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Cituadella Campus) by metro in 30 mn.
