It's a short walk from the historic Tempelhof Airport-turned-park as well as the beautiful Hasenheide Park. The area is full and getting fuller of interesting galleries, bars, shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, etc. It is on the U8 and the U7 as well as several bus lines. Nevertheless, the flat and the square it overlooks are calm and quiet. The neighbors are extremely pleasant. There isn't one miserable character, which is extremely rare and lucky. The flat has very high ceilings and sanded hardwood floors.
