Room for rent July 8th – August 6th in Berlin, Neukölln, Boddinstraße,500 EUR (400 Security deposit)
The flat is in a 100-year old house on the 4th floor overlooking Boddinplatz in Neukölln, where everyone seems to want to be these days. It's a short walk from the historic Tempelhof Airport-turned-park as well as the beautiful Hasenheide Park. The area is full and getting fuller of interesting galleries, bars, shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, etc. It is on the U8 and the U7 as well as several bus lines. Nevertheless, the flat and the square it overlooks are calm and quiet. The neighbors are extremely pleasant. There isn't one miserable character, which is extremely rare and lucky. The flat has very high ceilings and sanded hardwood floors.
The entire flat is 100m2 and the room itself about 30m2 plus a circa 15 m2 children's room with a bed loft. I will use either the office or children's room to store some personal things, depending on which is unnecessary for you. There is a small office and the shared kitchen is charming and functional. There is a washing machine, and wireless internet access. Flat to be shared with an historical researcher from the Max Planck Institute für Wissenschaftgeschichte (MPIWG) for the summer months.
