Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Altbaus, ist hell, hat 2 Zimmer mit Dielenboden, eine große Küche mit anschliessender Essecke im "Wintergarten", Bad mit Wanne, Waschmaschine, W-Lan. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, auf Wunsch gibt es für € 55,- ein BVG Umweltticket für AB und/oder ein Fahrrad dazu. Die Miete beträgt € 690,- für 4 Wochen + Kaution.
Ein Zimmer ist dann auch noch für Oktober/November frei!

We sublet our beautiful, bright, 70m2 flat near Ostkreuz/Friedrichshain from the 6.9.12 for about 4 weeks (exact dates are negotiable).
The flat is on the 4th floor, has windows to either side of the house, 2 rooms with wooden floors, a large kitchen with adjacent "wintergarden" to sit in , bathroom with tub, washing machine, W-Lan. The flat is fully furnished, it is also possible to get a BVG ticket for Berlin AB (€ 55,-) and/or a bike.The rent is € 690,- for 4 weeks + deposit.
One room will be available in October/November also!
