Wir vermieten über den Sommer unsere sehr schöne 3-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung (90 qm) im angesagten Graefekiez in Kreuzberg! Sie liegt an der Grenze zu Kreuzkölln und nicht weit vom Kanal entfernt, umgeben von vielen Cafés, Kneipen, Restaurants, Spielplätzen, türkischen Wochenmärkten und Geschäften und alternativen Kulturorten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau im 2. Stock. Sie ist hell mit hohen Stuckdecken und hat einen besonderen Charme durch eine kleine Treppe, die zum hinteren Zimmer führt. Sie ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet (Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Bettzeug, DSL/WLAN, Telefon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.). Es gibt eine zentrale Gasheizung, Holzböden und Teppichböden (keine Auslegeware), und ein französisches Balkonfenster.

Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, die auch einzeln bewohnt werden können. Zwei Zimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür miteinander verbunden: das Wohnzimmer, in dem das Sofa sich in eine breite Schlafcouch verwandeln lässt, und das Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett, Babybett und kleinem Arbeitsplatz, in das wir bei Bedarf aber auch ein normales Bett stellen können. Nach hinten raus geht das Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer mit Doppebett und zwei Schreibtischen.

In der Wohnung können insgesamt bis zu 5 Personen wohnen. (Wir wohnen dort als Familie mit einem Baby und zeitweise noch einem zweiten Kind.) Sie ist wahlweise geeignet für eine Familie, ein Paar, eine Einzelperson oder auch eine WG.

Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Juli bis 31. August 2012 zu vermieten. Die Miete (alles inklusive: Telefon, WLAN Internet, Strom, Gas, Nebenkosten) beträgt 1000 Euro pro Monat. Haustiere sind okay, Raucher bei regelmäßiger gründlicher Lüftung auch (wir sind eigentlich Nichtraucher).

We are subletting our very nice 3-room-apartment (90m2) in the hip quarter Graefekiez in Kreuzberg! It is located right on the border to Neukölln/Kreuzkölln and very close to the Canal, surrounded by a lot of cafés, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, Turkish markets and shops and cultural happening places.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building. The rooms are bright with old fashioned high ceilings and very nice stucco decoration. It has a charming detail which are the stairs leading to the room in the back. It is fully furnished and equipped (kitchen equipment, towels, sheets, dsl/wlan, phone, washing machine, dish washer etc.), has central heating, wooden floors and big carpets, and a French balcony window in the back.

There are three rooms which can each also be inhabited as single rooms. Two rooms are connected by huge double wing doors: the living-room where the sofa can be turned into a sleeping couch, and the childrens' room with a built-in loft bed, a baby bed and a small desk. To the back goes the bedroom/study with a double bed and two desks. The apartment can host up to 5 people. (We live there as a family with one baby and on the weekends with another child.) It is convenient for either a family, a couple, a single person or a group of friends.

The apartment is available from 1 July to 31 August 2012. The rent is 1000 Euros per month (all included: phone, WLAN internet, electricity, gaz etc., except for international phone calls). Pets are accepted, smokers as well if they promise to air the rooms thoroughly (since we don't smoke).
