Associate or Full Professor "War and Society" (Texas A&M University)

The Department of History at Texas A&M University seeks an outstanding scholar in War and Society at the rank of associate professor or professor. The appointment begins September 2013. All geographic, chronological, and thematic specializations will be considered, especially those complementing existing strengths.

The successful candidate, with Ph.D. in hand, will maintain an ambitious, productive research agenda, teach two courses per semester, recruit and train exceptional graduate students, and participate in university and professional affairs.
