Dear Colleagues,

The International ScopeŽ Review (TISR) is an international journal distributed over the World Wide Web, publishing in English articles on the current transformations occurring in the industrial countries. It is one of the largest academic journal in the social sciences and humanities available on the web, with 50,000 to 60,000 unique visitors per year. While its quality policy is in accordance with the highest academic standards, it addresses all those who wish to understand better the world in which they live.

By linking closely three fields: 1) Economic Policies, Management and Capital-Labour Relationships, 2) Interethnic Relationships, 3) Interpersonal Relationships, TISR offers a unique, stimulating, and innovative perspective on the current changes in society and the economy. Doing so, TISR provides the readers with a global perspective on what is occurring in our societies nowadays. Global, interdisciplinary and cross-cultural, the journal is a response to the need for a cross-sectional platform where to elaborate, discuss and launch innovative ideas.

The Review welcomes papers that design alternative approaches and strategies in order to improve our collective ability to overcome the contemporary challenges. Submissions are fully peer refereed according to the standards of the best international journals with the support of an independent, international editorial board reflecting a wide range of disciplines. TISR has a rigorous, original evaluation methodology on its own. While the journal utilises the advantages of the Internet, it offers the authors the same protection of their moral rights as conventional journals, through copyright and legal protection of the International ScopeŽ trademark.

The review is published by The Social Capital Foundation (TSCF), a Brussels-based NGO which is coalition of people who have come together to help shore up the moral, social, economic and political environment. TSCF is aiming at promoting shared understanding and values for the development of an inclusive global community.
